Reagan Waggoner

My mission is to help people and organizations thrive through transformative processes, encounters, and cultures that propel them into their best futures. With a career spanning various roles in leadership and organizational development, I bring a unique synthesis of theory and practice to the table. From my current position as a Training and Development Specialist at a highly ranked university to my past senior leadership experience in a non-profit organization, I have demonstrated a keen ability to understand and meet the developmental needs of individuals and organizations alike. 

 

Complementing my hands-on experience, my academic journey has been equally robust, including an MS in Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Adult Learning from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Seminary.. I am also in the pursuit of an EdD in Organizational Leadership - Positive Leadership Concentration. These educational credentials provide me with the theoretical frameworks necessary to create and implement impactful training programs. Focused on bridging the gap between theory and practice, I am dedicated to using my skills in needs analysis, project management, and material development to address today's most pressing training and development challenges.
